Diddy’s sex trafficking trial is still going on in New York, and so many celebrities have been mentioned in the hearing already.
The rapper was arrested in September 2024 and is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, the BBC reports. He has denied all the charges.
Here are all the huge names that have been heard in the courtroom so far, and the reason.
Michael B. Jordan
The actor was mentioned on 15th May when Cassie was on the stand, because he also used to date her. Cassie explained that she began dating Jordan in 2015 after finding out Diddy was allegedly spending time with another girl while shooting a film in South Africa.
Kid Cudi
Kid Cudi took to the stand on 22nd May to talk about a fling he also had with Cassie Ventura. She previously testified that Diddy allegedly blew up Cudi’s car after her short relationship with him.
Usher
On 19th May, Usher’s name was brought up during Dawn Richard’s cross-examination. The singer claimed she allegedly saw Diddy punch Cassie at a 2009 dinner, and said Usher was also in attendance.
Britney Spears
During her testimony, Cassie listed all the people at her 21st birthday party, and one of them was Britney Spears. She said: “Sean was there and he brought Dallas Austin and Britney Spears. I think those were the two people that stand out to me.”
Wiz Khalifa
The jury was shown photos from Wiz Khalifa’s 2011 music video “Black and Yellow” as it features Cassie. The defense lawyers tried to use this as evidence that her career was not impacted by Diddy.
50 Cent
On 27th May, Diddy’s assistant Capricorn Clark claimed that he “had an issue” with 50 Cent. She claimed she saw Diddy discussing 50 Cent with an “entertainment manager” and he said: “I don’t like all the back and forth … I like guns.”
Barack Obama
One of Diddy’s former staff members David James mentioned Barack Obama on 20th May. He claimed that he once got an ecstasy pill from the musician’s medicine bag for a friend which was “in the shape of a former president’s face,” then clarified it was Obama.
Chris Brown
During her testimony, Cassie claimed that Diddy suspected her of having an affair with Chris Brown. She said he accused her of “dancing” with him on a night out, which she denied.
Mike Myers
Mike Myers was included on the list given to potential jurors because they could come up during the trial. It’s not exactly clear why, and his name hasn’t been mentioned yet, but a scene in one of his Austin Powers movies includes a Diddy joke.
Biggie Smalls
Diddy’s former executive assistant George Kaplan claimed Biggie Smalls’ birthday is a paid holiday at Combs Enterprises during his testimony on 21st May. Biggie Smalls is one of Diddy’s biggest protégés, signing to his Bad Boy Records label in 1993.
Kanye West
Kanye’s name was also on the list given to jurors, perhaps because he released a song with Diddy in March 2025, six months after his arrest. However, his name hasn’t come up in the trial yet.
